Who we are
Sepia Manning was established to implement a new type of recruitment service and platform to connect Egyptian Seafarers to the Global Maritime Industry. We aim to tap into the well of Egypt’s underutilised skilled seafarers.
Our Mission is to bridge the gap, connecting international employers with Egyptian seafarers to their mutual benefit, and thereby overcoming the challenges of skilled maritime labour shortages suffered by the industry.
Using our expertise of over 40 years as a shipowner and employer, together with our local presence, Sepia is ideally placed to support Employers and Seafarers alike.
